Default WC and immigration situation Nevada

Hello,

My husband and I came to work here about 3 years ago, we are from France and are under visa in the u.s. I injured my neck on the job last april and I have been off work for five months. I had 3 TP injections. On my last visit, the doctor strongly recommended me to go back saying that employer will terminate me, even tough I told him I was still in a lot of pain. When I walk out his office his assistante told me that I did not have any follow up I was done and release as" tolerated" so not a full release. I am an artist acrobat, so It really took a lot on me to go back at 15% . A month after I got terminated for no cause.

For months this doctor convince me thatI did not need to consult a neurosurgeon as I had and still have pain in my whole body resulting from my neck sayins that I "seemed perfectly fine to him". Later I try to call WC in order to see a neuro and felt like they wanted to gain time with me, they first says ok then, no sign and when I called back they said 'Oh yes you have to make a written request "...
I went to see a lawyer cause I still have pain and there is a lot of things I can not do anymore like dancing or moving my head very fast or I can get block really easily. 2 months after I was released I did not get rated, is that normal ?

My lawyer told me I should have a settlement and some benefit cause I can t find a job in my conditions but the probleme is that I have to leave and go back in my country at the end of 2007 because our visas expires.
How things happened If I am not here ?

Thanks a lot for your help
