Verbal Abuse and Harrasment Missouri

I have worked for a company for over 9years and have put up with a boss and other member of managment that constantly CUSS at me. The cussing is directed to me directly. I have reported this to the owner and he just blows me off. He also does it. I have now quit because of the enviroment, my nerves couldn't take anymore. I was on nerve pill sfrom the doctor to get through the day. What can i do leagally to the people and or company. Any laws to protect me?
