My son is currently in the Marine reserves. He has completed boot camp and is now enrolled in his technical training. I just received a summons to court to have my child support terminated because he is in training. He is in the reserves to help offset the cost of his college expenses. Upon completion of his training he will be going to university. At this time I am using the child support to help pay for his other expenses for college as well as clothing, shelter, and health insurance. Under what circumstances does the status "military reserves" terminate or continue child support?
