Default employer writes employee bad check Florida

If your employer wrote you a bad check for work that was done and you did not know until the check cashing store called about recieving their money back.Who is responable for paying the money back. The employer who wrote the check or the person that cashed the check that was giving to them.

You owe the check cashing place, your employer owes you.

Call your employer and get him to make the check good and then call the check place and have them put it through again for payment.

I had this happen to me once. If there is anyway for you to get a copy of the uncleared check where it states on the check "NSF", you can then go to the State Attorneys Office in your area and file a Claim against your employer for writing bad payroll checks. After that they will pursue your employer for illegal check writing.

Trust me this works.

And they could also be made liable for any fees that you are possibly charged for the NSF. The employer is liable for NSF fees when it happens at the employees bank, so I will assume that the same would go for this senerio as well.
