does anyone know the average time for an I-751 application to receive a request for an interview or approval?

given a divorce would allow a person to file the I-751 sooner than the 90-day prior to expiration date, does it usually take longer for a I-751 to get filled from a person who is divorced vs a person filling jointly with spouse?
