Hello,
My dad was visting his mom a few weeks ago and came across some paperwork that now only states his brother and his mother are on her house. He has been on the house with the other two forever. Is it legal for him to be removed without him even knowing it? Thanks very much, Caryn |

Are you saying he was on the deed, or was he on the will that concerned the property?

Then it was not legal for him to be removed from the deed.
Odds are, someone got creative and "helped" him to sign another one. Check with the county and see the need deed and the transfer. Your dad should be prepared, though... if he wants to pursue it, odds are he will be sending mom or bro or both to court for fraud.
