Default Car Allowance.... New Hampshire

I work for a company that makes us use our personal vehicles for work travel, and yes they reimburse us for mileage at the current IRS rate of .445 per mile...my question is there anything on the books about wear and tear on our personal vehicles or insurance reimbursement?

No, there isn't. If you are getting the full IRS rate, you are getting more than the law requires.
