My boyfriend's 17 y/o daughter has moved out to live with her boyfriend although she still uses her mother's address. The daughter thinks it is wrong that my bf is still paying child support to her mother. She is enrolled in college, however, is looking at other colleges because she can't afford college. It was agreed that she would pay for her own college in the divorce just like her parents did.

She will be 18 in the fall. Does my bf still need to pay child support?
