Default Legal Deed

I don't know all the ends and outs of this but the deed does have to have a legal description of the property and it must be recorded at the court house. Try asking a title company or call a lawyer. If you want to do research [url]www.moga.state.mo.us choose Missouri Revised Statutes. It is the laws.
