Default Over 50 employees Alabama

Our company has always remained under 50 employees, but may reach 50 employees within the month.
Can you tell me what additional labor laws apply to our company now?
On the state (Alabama) and/or federal level?

Thanks

There aren't really a whole lot of laws that go into effect at 50 employees. FMLA is the most obvious one.

The other one would be the company may be required to complete an Affirmative Action Plan that is given to the OFCCP should they request it.
