Default missouri laws concerning...

hi , i work 8 and a half hours a day and sometimes 9 hours a day but we do not get breaks at all no lunch break or anything and your not allowed to sit at all....it is a gas station that i work at can you please let me know if this is legal or not...thanks.

According to a Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations site I found,it stated that there are no laws reguarding lunch or break periods. I am really sorry,but it sounds like your state will let your boss do this legally!

Turbowray is correct. There are actually quite a few states that have no laws regarding rest or meal breaks, and Missouri is one of them.
