The company for which I work in Alabama has been bought by a company in Kansas. We are required to work at least 54 hours a week, because it is what they do in Kansas.
As an exempt employee, I am not entitled to overtime in Alabama... correct? Thank you for your time, jason |

Exempt employees do not get paid any overtime in any state.
