Question Mileage Reimbursment required? New Mexico

I recently started for a company that doesn't pay mileage to employees for attending mandory training at the main office. They do pay wages for the travel, but since the employees are using their own vehicles I am wondering is they are required to pay mileage also.

No, they are not. The only state where mileage reimbursement is required by law is California.

You can, however, claim unpaid mileage on your income tax.
