Default New Hampshire

My wife and the few other workers in her dept were told they had to punch in exactly at 7:00 am and punch out at exactly 3:00 pm. her supervisor told them this information. it has created a hassle at the time clock with the people from other departments. i always thought there was a few minute rule before and after the hour.
