Default maternity disability a year later

Im a New Jersey resident and have been employed at the same company of over 100 employees for almost 9 years and there trying to tell me that there's a chance that i won't be able to collect disability due to my last pregnancy. I had my daughter on 12/25/03. I went on leave on or about November 17th and after my disability was up i took a njfla leave and returning back to work on April 5th. Now im expecting again and im due March 31st. Because the pregnancies are a year apart can they not pay me? Also im having my tubes tied after my six week check-up and was wondering if disabilty considers this procedure a disability as well and will pay me for the additional time that im out of work for this procedure?

Default Disability

The answers to your questions are in your disability policy. They will set the rules as to the definition of a disability and the frequency of which you can access the benefits.
