Default IA Punching In and Out

Is there a law for punching in and out? Right now my employer punches us in and out. Alot of the times i notice they take 5 mintues here and 10 mintues there.

There is no law that requires the employer to allow the employee to personally clock in/out. What is happening with the 5 and 10 minutes? I don't understand what you're trying to tell us.
