Angry is this dicrimination in tennessee

I just got rerimanded for taking action against two employees who had engaged in a sex act at work in the parking lot.The two employees are white while myself their supervisor am a person of color.The v.p of operations has berated me in front of management,customers and crew calling me totally incompetent and wanting to demote or terminate me.what can i do?I neglected to mention that in the 40 stores the franchise owns I am the only person of color in a supervisory role.

Unless you have some valid evidence to support a belief that you were reprimanded BECAUSE OF your race, this is not more discrimination than it was the first time you posted this question. Simply being of a different race is not enough to support a discrimination claim, and nothing you have posted is illegal in and of itself.
