Post service plumber in Arizona

1. I work for a independent contractor, Installing water softeners, there was a meeting this morning between the two owners and myself
they are trying to set new rules and regulations.
I've been working for them for about two years and getting paid hourly. Now
they are asking that I do jobs at a faster rate, which is impossible. A job by myself takes about an hour and 30 min. Two guys it would take 45 min. They are insisting that I complete the by myself in 45 min or they will deduct time from my pay.

2. Also at the meeting, it was brought to my attention that I am not allowed
to bring my personal phone to work anymore.

3. They also deduct lunch breaks weather i take a lunch or not.
Can anyone help me ?

1.) and 3.) - If you are not paid for all the time you actually work, file a complaint with the state DOL or file a small claims suit.

2.) They may legally prohibit your bringing your personal phone to work. They win this one.
