Posting the labor law posters will ensure that your employees are effectively notified of their workplace rights while better informing them of the labor laws. In addition, you will be complying with the Oregon state and federal labor law regulations mandating the posting of the notice.

Informing and assisting an employee with the labor law and workplace right is every employer’s duty and mandatory obligation set by the state of Oregon and Federal regulations.
