New Jersey Labor Law PostersTo be in compliance with New Jersey State Laws and Federal Laws, employers are mandated to post the New Jersey State and Federal Labor Law Poster. Posting the labor law posters will ensure that your employees are effectively notified of their workplace rights while better informing them of the labor laws. In addition, you will be complying with the New Jersey state and federal labor law regulations mandating the posting of the notice. Informing and assisting an employee with the labor law and workplace right is every employer’s duty and mandatory obligation set by the state of New Jersey and Federal regulations. This is a mutual benefit as this will prevent or minimize any possibility of a legal/employee dispute arising from miscommunication, lack or knowledge, or negligence. Below is a complete list of all the required notices that are mandated by the State of New Jersey and Federal government. Additional handout requirement only mandated for employers operating in the State of New Jersey and have 10 or more employees. In addition to putting in effect the mandatory requirement of posting a Whistleblower poster in English and Spanish. The State of New Jersey mandates that any employer that has 10 or more employees annually distribute to their employees, their Whistleblower rights. This distribution requirement needs to be met on an annual basis in addition to posting the New Jersey and Federal labor law posters.
