Posting the labor law posters will ensure that your employees are effectively notified of their workplace rights while better informing them of the labor laws. Informing and assisting an employee with the labor law and workplace right is every employer’s duty and mandatory obligation set by the state of California and Federal regulations. The Industrial Welfare Commission Order (IWC Poster) – The Industrial Welfare Commission is a separate California Agency that has their own wage and hour poster that is mandated to be posted for California employers. It is categorized in 16 different industries and depending on the type of industry your business is in, will determine the IWC poster version that will be required.
