  • best course of action?

    Hi All,

I'm having a bit of a problem with the local police - have been harassed on
several occasions. I attribute most of this problem to my outspoken
opposition to the drugwar, the police involved in it and their illegal,
unconstitutional tactics (my not-so-humble opinion). It does not help
matters that I sued a scumbag cop and won in a non-related matter.

I believe that the actions of these beat-cops are encouraged and/or inspired
at the command level of their department. This leads me to believe that
any normal complaint procedure with the department is a waste of time at
    the very least.

I'm looking for options now. Any thoughts?

Well, I would have thought it Self-Evident that Complaining About
Suck-*** Pigs TO Suck-*** Pigs is UTTERLY FUTILE, but I guess you need
t'see it in Black & White...

Thus: "COMPLAINING ABOUT SUCK-*** PIGS _TO_ SUCK-*** PIGS IS
      _UTTERLY_FUTILE_"

And WAS SO Long Before Your Involvement...

So there Really are NO "Options" WRT Complaining About [Suck-*** Pigs]

No; "guts" have nothing to do with it. This is simply a case of speaking
out about what's completely and utterly wrong with our country.

We imprison a more of our people - both in terms of percentage of population
and absolute numbers - than any other nation on earth. If you have ever
witnessed property confiscation under the drug laws, you can easily
understand that "due process" has become a rather bad joke. Also, possibly
one of the worst things to occur is the militarization of our police
        departments.

All of these acts qualify as threats or crimes against our citizens.

Several of us have been buzzed by a scumbag flying a police helicopter.
Lately it appears that this trash wants to continue displaying aberrant
behavior (different conduct but the purpose is still intended to harass).
Guess I need to have some cameras at the ready.

"buzzed"? How So? Do you mean DANGEROUSLY & _ILLEGALLY_ Descending Below
the FEDERAL [Pilot Licensing] FAA-Set SAFE/MANDATED Altitude for Rotory-Wing
Aircraft? Are you practiced at Quickly Identifying & Recording Aircraft
            Registration Numbers?

All In Service to The Same Nefarious Purpose - sounds like a "Pattern Of
Abuse" - which All should Commence Documenting - to me...

Won't hurt... INCIDENT LOGS... for EVERYONE so "buzzed"/harassed are good
            as well...

Not saying I disagree with you. Personally, I think they ought to
legalize all of it. Because with the current laws, all they do is
create additional crime from those addicted; and the rest of us
pay for it in either money or getting mugged, burglared, etc.
This would, in essence, run the dealers out of business.

Unfortunately, most in this country do not see it that way. So at
this time, Holland is the only place to be.
