    It could be for one of the following reasons: Have you been delinquent in paying your state taxes; a hospital bill or hospital indigent care program (HCI); or received some type of assistance from Family Social Services. For taxes call Indiana Department of Revenue, Collection at (317) 232-2165, or e-mail taxpayer assistance. If you owe for hospital care contact Department of Insurance, (317) 232-2553, or for the (HCI) program contact FSSA, (800) 622-4932 and ask for the contact for the Indigent Care Program. If it is a child support issue, contact the Kids Line at (800) 840-8757; or a TANF - Aid for Dependent Children, food stamp issue contact FSSA, Bureau of Family Resources, (800) 622-4932,
