    We own property and running through our property is a driveway to our neighbors home. We allowed them to access their property through our property because they were family (so no adverse possession exists). We use the driveway to access part of our property as well. A road exists that is grown in for a number of years that would provide access to their property.
    Since the grandparents passed away the granddaughter is planning to sell the home. We do not want to continue to permit the new owners to access the home through our driveway. There is no easement on our deed. We would be agreeable to allow access for a specific time frame until they could reopen the other right of way and provide ingress and egress.
    Is there anything else we should consider and is this within our legal rights?
