The Property Mgr and I have different opinions about who should sign a contract.
The Board of Trustees consists of unit owners - 5 in all. There are three officers: Pres., VP, and Treasurer.
We have a contract for a large project. I think the Treasurer should sign it. Property Mgr. thinks the President should sign it. Only one signature is required from the vendor.
Any laws out there about this?
