  • Can not cut a boundary line tree in Alabama according to Court ruling

Recently, the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals ruled that a boundary line tree could not be cut in Alabama unless all property owners agree. This ruling set a legal precedent in Alabama.

No cutting boundary line tree in Alabama

Are there any other States where all property owners must agree before cutting a boundary line tree?

I am not an attorney. My personal opinions are not legal advice.
