File Federal 1983 First Amendment Suit Pro Se in Pennsylvania

I know I need to write and file 1. the complaint, 2. a civil cover sheet, and what else in the first step? For instance, the case involves email evidence and documents from a former employer. Do I have to include copies with the complaint and civil cover sheet in the first step?

Also, does anyone know who would take it pro bono? The ACLU didn't take it.
