  • Many closed threads California

Hello, I saw many closed threads on this forum, nearly all of them very old, but containing interesting information. I think it is a good idea to let them open for details about how the cases were solved after a period of time. I think it is important for people who are involved in certain cases to find out what they may expect to happen from others' experiences.

The threads were closed because the moderators were being driven nearly crazy deleting spam posts, quite frequently pornographic spam posts, that were being attached to the old threads. It is also extremely rare that anyone comes back to tell us how the cases were resolved.

Do you have the permission of the administrators to advertise your website in your signature? And why does your IP address say you're posting from Austria?

The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.

Good questions. Doubt if OP will come back & answer.

This is a spammer, has posted spam all over the internet. (Well, maybe not everywhere, but on at least 12 sites I've visited. Any site that has even the remotest connection with law, there she is.)
