  • Foriegn immigration and labor issues

Why not have a forum set up for foreign immigration and labor issues? For example, Americans that get work for say, Ford Motor Company, in Azerbajan? Have legal info on taxation and labor rights? Did you know, and I'm not sure this has even been covered, that if you work for an American company overseas, they must adhere to US labor laws, no matter what contry you are in? My understanding, at least. Stuff like that.
I don't believe what I write, and neither should you. Information furnished to you is for debate purposes only, be sure to verify with your own research.
Keep in mind that the information provided may not be worth any more than either a politician's promise or what you paid for it (nothing).
I also may not have been either sane or sober when I wrote it down.
    Don't worry, be happy.

    http://www.rcfp.org/taping/index.html is a good resource!

Not necessarily. I know something about U.S. citizens/resident aliens working outside the U.S. If such questions were posted in the Employment Law forums, I could probably help some, although not in the immigration area.
I don't respond to Private Messages unless the moderator specifically refers you to me for that purpose. Thank you.
