Why am i held in contempt of court when my 12 and 13 year old don't want to go visit the woman that got them put in foster care for almost 3 years(there mother),doesn't do anything to support them, and calls the police for anything( ex. daughter drew on doll baby with markers) on them.

Because you have a court order.
Not a court "suggestion". It's an ORDER.
And your children should NOT be deciding. You are the parent - not them.
If she's not paying court ordered support, file contempt for non-payment.

Please. You can drop the attitude anytime you want - remember we're volunteers here and we're not the ones who have been in the court-room deciding your issues.
Nobody is suggesting it's right to send children into an abusive situation.
But you have a court order. You obey the court order. If there is GENUINELY abuse present, you get child services involved and they will investigate. If it is determined that there is no risk, then that's that.
And really - what you think is abusive might not meet the LEGAL definition of abuse. Please bear that in mind.
