  • Brother/Sister Visitation Rights New Mexico

Hi, I have a problem. My husband is 21 and we live in Texas but are military and our resdincy is in New Meixco. He has three sister, same dad different mother, who ive in MN, ages 15,12, and 9. THe mother will not let my husband email, write a letter send a birthday card. or send Christmas presents to his sisters. We have three children together, ages, 4,2, and 1. His isters are blood Aunts to our children. Is there anything we would be able to do so that my husband and my kids can have a part in their life?

I posted this in New Mexico also to see if maybe New Mexico laws were different then Texas and if someone from New Mexico would know differently like you said in your post to mine in Texas.....

I looked at NM laws when you posted the second post with the extra information. NM allows even LESS third party visitation rights than TX.
