  • unemployment for commission only employees Washington

I hve been with the same employer for 8 years and work commission only. I'm not selling anything due to economy. Am I able to leave and file unemployment and receive benefits?

Maybe, maybe not. You can call the agency and ask the question, though. Maybe they will give you an answer and maybe they will say "it depends on the situation".
I don't respond to Private Messages unless the moderator specifically refers you to me for that purpose. Thank you.

      unemployment for sales

I have to believe that they wouldnt expect me to stay at a job I'm making no money. No one is buying timeshare right now. The last 3 months I've made no money and my company pay's structure gives us a smal weekly draw. If I were to make any money it will all go back to the company now for 3 months of draws. I'll let ya know what happens , I'm in a position I have no other choice now but to go for it. I have nothing to loose.
      Thanks

File a wage claim for all hours worked and not paid at least minimum wage.
