    can you qualify for UI in Washington State if you've been fired?

    (no, there was no misdemeanor, no assault, no law/s broken...it was 'no fault'.)

    It depends entirely on why you were fired. It's certainly not an automatic disqualifier, though.

    By all means apply. The worst that can happen is that they say no. There is no cost to apply and no penalty for being wrong.
    The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.
