  • what is considered wrongful termination Pennsylvania

what is wrongful termination really. i was terminated for being written up twice but cant see how theres any proof to terminate me plus keep me suspended for 5 days before firing me

A wrongful termination exists when a specific law prohibits the employer from terming you for the reason they did.

No law requires that an employer have proof of wrongdoing before an employee can be terminated; nor does any law exist which mandates any number of writeups before termination.

Therefore, based on what you have posted, you were NOT wrongfully terminated.
The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.
