  • Change on the time card Oregon

My supervisor is always making changes to my time card. I am getting paid correct, but he is changing were the overtime is charged. The time card looks like a big white out mess. Is this legal in Oregon? I don't think he should do this after I have signed the time card.

There is nothing inherently illegal about an employer changing a time card. If you are getting paid correctly, this is a non-issue. If the changes were resulting in your being paid less than you should be, that would be a different story.
The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.
