I have been working at this place for 3 1/2 months now. When i started we agreed on a salery based 80 regular hours and 40 overtime hours at $8.00 an hour and that was what my salery would be. For the past 4 paychecks i have recived the exat saame pay as discused with the owners, but this last paycheck i recived was a check for less it was figuerd out at 60 regular hours and 30 overtime hours and i woorked far more than this if any body knows any thing that might help me like is this leagl to do to an employe please help

First of all, please edit your post to remove your email address. If for no other reason that you don't want spammers to hit your email.

Now, the first question. You talk about "salary". "Salaried" is merely a pay method. Are you exempt or nonexempt? Do you know? What exactly do you do on a daily basis? Not your job title, but your tasks and responsibilities.
I don't respond to Private Messages unless the moderator specifically refers you to me for that purpose. Thank you.

When you asked your employer about this, what did they say?
The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.
