    An employee has reported that she has had recent issues with seizures, however, there have been no witnessed seizures during work hours. This condition automatically puts her in a restricted status where some of her job duties are concerned. What can the employer do to ensure this problem is truly legitimate?

    Maybe have the employee see your own doctor. Get a second opinion. However this is ADA related, which is really not my area of expertise, so certainly wait for more answers.

      Agree, have her see a dr. & see what restrictions/accommodations the dr. believes are necessary & go from there.
