    I was the help desk supervisor and the customers were not satisfied, would you call a user that made repeated phone calls a satisfied customer. I heard all the users complaints and nothing was being done about this one techs work ethics

      It doesn't make any difference. If you do not have the authority to fire this worker, and the company chooses not to do so, drop it. Drop it, drop it.
