    Hello, i have a Confidential Separation and Release Agreement with my former employer but my supervisor is trying to breach the agreement. She's trying to stop my benefits.... I was promised these benefits until my terminination date which is june 30,2008 and than recieve (8) weeks of severance pay....My supervisor informed me that my last day of work was April 1, 2008 but my agreement states that i'll be employed until june 30,2008 and will continue to recieve my vacation days, health benefits, etc...I was getting everything promised in the agreement until May16,2008. Please help me with this issue.

    You are going to need to have a local attorney read the actual contract. It is not possible for anyone who is not a MD attorney who has actually read your contract to give you a meaningful answer.
