  • help with LTD

    I have a long term disability question. I just went to LTD after Short term and my company sent me a letter stating they are dropping my health insurance and I can use COBRA if I want. My father spoke with the HR dept at his fortune 100 company and they didn't think that was legal. Any ideas what the law is on this. Thanks
