I work in Illionois. We have overtime weeks that come every other month. If I work 9 hours/day Monday-Thursday and 5 hours on Saturday (equalling out to 41 hours, BUT I take off work on Friday of that same week, can I be forced to submit PTO if I have physically ALREADY worked 40 hours that week?
