  • Employee breaks Idaho

Is there a law that states an employer should get a break after working so many hours in a day? If so how long before they get a break and how long should it be?

Laws on meal and rest breaks are state specific. Idaho law does not require any.
I am not able to respond to private messages. Thanks!

From what I see, only eight of the fifty states mandate breaks.

Idaho is not one of those.

      You could change that.

Only eight states require rest breaks. Meal breaks are required by a number of states.

ID, however, is not one of them.
The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.
