  • hi there have a question.

I live in hawaii and I was wondering about the labor laws for breaks and linch breaks. I was told that I am honored a thirty minute break for every six hours worked. Is this true? I need to know what I can do about this because currently I am being worked to hard and am not honored lunch breaks. My boss doesn't relieve me for breaks and I just want to know what legal action I can take towards this. Please help. Thanks for your time.

Sorry, but Hawaii does not require any meal or rest breaks for employees 16 years of age and older.

I don't respond to Private Messages unless the moderator specifically refers you to me for that purpose. Thank you.
