    Hi,

    If someone is burned at work, 2nd degree and has to go to the hospital, when does their hourly pay stop?


    The second they leave the premises or until they come back to check back in hours later?

    785.43 Medical attention. Time spent by an employee in waiting for and receiving medical attention on the premises or at the direction of the employer during the employee's normal working hours on days when he is working constitutes hours worked.
