    Are there exemptions to this rule? What about a person giving Night Care? For example, if you care for a person for 9 to 12 hours, and you are the only person on shift? Teachers in a classroom. Small business office in which one person is staffed during the day.

    Here is an FAQ sheet from Oregon BOLI regarding breaks. Not sure exactly what your question is, but it looks like Oregon requires a 10-minute break for every 4-hr work period plus a 30 minute lunch. You may want to read this FAQ and if it doesn't answer your question, read the statutes for more information specific to whichever area you are seeking further info for. Your question was very broad.
