      Seventh day rule

Our company got a new time card program. "Blue Cube" They are telling use that Kentucky just past that Seventh Day Rule. Before that we were working 9 + straight days with out a day off and no over time pay.
      Thanks

If you are referring to Kentucky's law that time worked on the seventh consecutive day must be paid at overtime rates, the law as it currently exists has been in effect since 1974. It is an amendment of a law originally passed in 1942.

If, however, you mean what most people and most states mean by a 7 day law (an employee must have at least one day out of seven off), Kentucky does not now and as far as I can find out has never had such a law.
The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.
