  • california law trying to get paid

i quit my job wed (yesterday) and im trying to find out the california law. i think it states after quiting ur job your employer has 72 hrs to pay you the unpaid wages u worked. other people tell me that he pays me when payday is , which isnt for another week. is the california law 72hrs or the next payday? does he have 3 days or next payday?

The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.
