A non-profit organization has their own housing employees may utilize. Employees' pay is adjusted based on the "rental value" of the home they are renting. The rent is not just added to their W-2, but to their hourly or salary rate. IF they move into a different home with a different rental value their pay is adjusted. If they elect to move off campus their pay remains as it is and they receive no further adjustments. Is this discrimination?
