    Everyone who has posted here is well aware of how FMLA can be used. Everyone who has responded here has been in HR for many years.

    PDL cannot be used for a parent. The poster clearly states that the leave is for a parent. Therefore any information about PDL is irrelevant to this thread, regardless of what FMLA may be used for.

    You may consider this a directive. Do not post to dead threads. Do not post at all unless the information is relevant TO THE THREAD ITSELF. I will not hesitate to suspend your account if you continue the way you are going.

    Since the sponsors of this board ALSO sell labor law posters, it is not necessary for you to make us aware of them.
