    my buddy has 50/50 custody over his son.He recently threaten a freind of his sons mother.The recording was a conversation taken at the freinds place of employment..Can the mothers friend give the mother the recording,if the mother decides to take the father back to court?

    Louisiana only requires that one party be notified if a conversation is being recorded.

    Not knowing the contents nor nature of the conversationthat took place,,
    I cannot offer a guess as to how much mileage the mother would likely to get from a taped conversation if she where to take the father back to court, that would be a question for an Attorney.
